If something is not right, email contact@ardenpierce.com and we will review it with you.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

  • Be unworn

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging

Final Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Any item marked final sale at the time of purchase is also not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Arden Pierce will cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns.

To begin a return, email contact@ardenpierce.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@ardenpierce.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Guarantee Credit

We guarantee delivery within 10 days for eligible U.S. orders.

Typical shipping times are 5 to 7 business days, but if your order does not arrive within 10 days of shipment, contact contact@ardenpierce.com. If eligible, we will issue store credit for a future purchase.
