Arden Pierce currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping Timeline
Typical delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
Once an order has been processed, tracking information will be made available.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery within 10 days for eligible U.S. orders.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days of shipment, contact contact@ardenpierce.com. If the order qualifies, Arden Pierce will issue store credit for a future purchase.
Tracking
Tracking will be available once the order has been processed.
Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Availability
Shipping is available only to addresses within the United States.
Arden Pierce does not currently offer international shipping.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside Arden Pierce’s control. If your order falls outside the stated 10-day delivery guarantee, contact us so we can review eligibility for store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Arden Pierce is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, email contact@ardenpierce.com and we will do our best to assist.
